If there is a malfunction with your merchandise received, or a misprint issue with the graphic, please send us a picture immediately upon receiving the product and we will ship you a replacement to correct the issue. Due to the nature of our business model, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for apparel due to sizing issues or color/design issues.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to get a replacement item, send us an email at contactus@akpride.com with a picture of the defect and we will get back to you as soon as possible to fix the problem!
